They just love to do their thing. If someone loves to create paintings, that is what they are constantly doing. If someone loves to write, that is what they are constantly doing. There is no stop to it. They are constantly doing it. If they love to share with others, that is what they are constantly doing. Remember and realize that entrepreneurs are entrepreneurs because they love to do what they do. A lot of what they do also has to do with sharing what they do with others. Most entrepreneurs when they are starting up, realize that they are starting up because they want to do something that they love all day. However, when they are in it for a while, they begin to forget that and begin to focus on the results instead of on the action that will bring the results. This normally happens with the v Ten Hottest Careers Everybody's Talking About When you are starting off on any kind of business, a question that you should ask yourself is “Where am I coming from?” This question is meant to get at the foundation of your business.Everyone has that dream job, the one they've been secretly coveting since they were young. Of course, few can grow up to be cowboys, astronauts or princesses, and even fewer can become super models. But, we still dream. They just don't pay the rent, unless you're a psychologist....The truth is: everyone has a different definition of a that perfect job. It's impossible to categorize. But, there is a way to prove the most researched careers. Not as exciting, I know, but a bit more relevant. By removing the childhood glamour sheen, you can get down to the possible dream job, and that's worth looking into.So let’s take a look at the ten hottest careers everyone is searching online:1. Education: At the top of our list is the not so surprising choice of education. For some, this seems like the greatest position in the world--summers off, multiple vacations during the year, ultimate power over the spawn of your childhood enemies. Perfect, right? Maybe not. Few tend to think past the giddy pleasure of failing someon The question may initially seem confusing, but what it is actually asking is “What is your purpose for creating or carrying out this business? What is your intention?” What you should realize is that every answer will provide a lens or a view-point of how you are working. If your answer is “I created this business to make a lot of money.” Then that is the lens with which you are conducting your business. That is where you are coming from. That being the case, all of the actions that you take will be coming from that intention. That intention runs supreme and is the engine behind your entire operations. There is nothing wrong with that. But what we can truly see about this intention, if we look at it carefully, is that it is a very ME-oriented intention. It is an “out to get” mentality. It is a mentality of looking for completion or looking for wholeness. It is an intention of looking for a way to fill a gap that we believe currently exists within ourselves. Once again I would like to repeat that there is nothing wrong with that. However, what we will see from people with this kind of intention is that the entire vibration around the company seems to be one of taking. When a company has only the intention to make money as its sole intention, that sends off a signal to everyone else that this company or organization is only looking to take something away from you rather than to give you anything extra. If that is the feeling that is sent off then it becomes very clear that the only people who will do business with you are the people who currently have no other choice. However, when that option opens up, they will be moving away from you and fast! If this is the dominant intention of your company, it will be a vibration that is also pervading all areas of your company. It will be the way your employees also act because the dominant intention is what gets absorbed as a way of being in the corporate culture. What this means for you is that your employees will also only be working to get. Realize that if your company has a dominant intention, it can only attract people who have that as their dominant intention as well. If it attracts someone of an opposite quality, you will either lose that person, or that person will change and begin to display traits that are in alignment with the dominant intention of the company itself. Sometimes it is necessary for a person to change because if they don’t, then they won’t be able to survive in that environment. This is an extremely powerful point to keep in mind. This is why it is extremely important to assess your dominant intentions. A dominant intention that has only getting as its main premise, will only foster people within the company who want to get. It is not a culture that is conducive to loyalty, but only to what they are going to get. Human relationships are discarded, empathy is discarded, and the sole objective is simply to get. In order to avoid this, or to shift this approach, you should begin to look at what your current intentions are. Realize that intentions are not just words. It is not just a mission statement to hang up and enforce to others. What gets reflected in the company is not what is written on the mission statement. What gets reflected in the company is the way people act. You can have the nicest and most wonderful qualities written on the mission statement, however, it is the way that you are acting, the dominant intention of the company, that will be absorbed within the entire company and that is what will be reflected to the world. So you can begin with realizing and then re-organizing, re-directing, or re-creating your dominant intention. This is where the golden rule comes into play. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. If you want to receive, then give. Most entrepreneurs who became entrepreneurs in the first place definitely came in to make money, but the truth is that the work that they are doing is what they are truly passionate about. Their passion comes from sharing their experiences and their products with others. It comes from a place of giving and of wanting to give. It comes from a place of wanting to offer value. If we forget that, then we are constantly going to be focused on the wrong thing. We are going to be looking for the results – the amount of money coming in- without focusing on the main cause of those results – our passion and our efforts that go into the company. It has also been characterized as the fastest growing segment of rhe U.S. economy. The estimates of the damage to the American public vary widely:· The U.S. Department of Commerce has estimated $50 billion dollars annually· The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners claims Once again I would like to repeat that there is nothing wrong with that. You can have the nicest and most wonderful qualities written on the mission statement, however, it is the way that you are acting, the dominant intention of the company, that will be absorbed within the entire company and that is what will be reflected to the world.Technology provides often a source for change. But also, technology is responsible for the fact that changes do not happen as swiftly as possible. And one main ingredient in this dilemma is that existing technology is still suitable. Like the pair of shoes that are still valuable to use, they are only out of fashion. When thinking about introducing a change and when elaborating a vision about one, you are facing a similar dilemma that is to do with the first step you have to take. Basically there are two options: one is where you bridge from a current situation to a new one, the other is where you do not take the current technology is a starting point. The first option is focused on what you have now and reusability, the second option is focused on a new technology and where the bridge to current usability will be thought of later.Internet telephony is a clear example that is struggling with this dilemma. There are many solutions but most of these come done at the same dilemma; do we start from what we have or do we momentarily discard cu So you can begin with realizing and then re-organizing, re-directing, or re-creating your dominant intention. The position is quite important, as it provides the policy writers with the information that they need to write an effective policy and determine an accurate premium. They are rewarded for their hard work by the ability to work from home, and often the provision of a company car for their frequent local business travel. The education for the job usually involves a graduate degree, however few companies will accept graduate straight out of university. Instead, many companies prefer to hear that an applicant has previous experience in the industry, and previous experience with the company in question is even better as long as the experience was mutually positive. Communication skills are extremely important, and confidence plays a key role in allowing you to talk with ease and awareness to people ranging from site workers to CEO’s.Most of the risk management work is done in the field, involv An entrepreneur is someone who is always doing their thing. Most entrepreneurs when they are starting up, realize that they are starting up because they want to do something that they love all day. However, when they are in it for a while, they begin to forget that and begin to focus on the results instead of on the action that will bring the results. This normally happens with the very first paycheck that they get, or the very first item that they sold. I can speak about this from my own experience of being an entrepreneur. I began on this path and this business because I love personal development. I love to learn about life and about sharing these powerful ways to look at life with others. It is something that I absolutely love to do. So I sit and create my programs, I write articles like this one, and I work on writing the books that I want to get out to the world. This does not feel like work to me. It is my passion, it is my joy. I love writing out every single word that you are reading right now. There is no other focus when I am writing. I am not looking for results. I am completely in this moment, in my passion, doing what I love the most! That is the feeling that I currently have and that infuses me with energy to give more and do more. However, I can remember that when I first had a paying client, I began to be obsessed. I saw the money coming in and then I forgot what I was doing. I stopped working on what I loved and began looking to the emails every day in hope of new sales. I kept on checking the email hoping that there will be more sales coming in that was similar to the previous one. Therefore, instead of doing what I loved, I began to look only for results. When I did not see those results, I got disappointed. I realized that I was getting into that pattern after three months of just sitting and sulking around and doing nothing. I forgot my passion. I forgot to do what brought me the most joy. I forgot the reason for why I started this business. When I realized this, my joy came back. I began to see that there was joy when I received remuneration for my work, but that my main source of joy came from doing the work itself. My main source of joy was writing, recording, sharing, reading. I began to realize that I constantly have access to my true source of joy and can re-focus on what I truly love to do rather than looking for results. I have realized that results will come, but it is more important for every single entrepreneur to be focused on doing what they love. To work on it, to infuse it with more and more value. That is the true way of getting more out of life. That is the place where we should be coming from. That is actually the reason we got into this life in the first place! Let’s continue to live our passion and not feel dejected about whether the results are coming forth or not. As long as we are focused on our work with passion, nothing can stop the best from coming into your life. As long as you are focused on sharing and giving your best to what you are doing and to others, you will never have to sit for another minute waiting for that email to come in order to be happy. You can be a joyous creator. That’s the true meaning of entrepreneur and that is where we come from! Never forget that!
