Now, I wouldn't want to scare the children and accidentally modify their behavior into thinking violence was a negative activity, so I'd try to make the violence entertaining. No one getting seriously hurt even under the most extreme circumstances. Children at this young age distract easily and I'd need them to observe violent behavior for a long time. I would add lots of colors and perhaps to make the training even more entertaining and decrease the chances of reverse behavioral engineering I'd add talking animals. To test the effectiveness I'd observe the children at play. If they mimicked what they saw on the training monitor during play with other children I'd know training was progressing well.
