Far more fascinating, they may be equally prevalent in workers of similar social status. This seems somewhat paradoxical. Both theories are postulated based on the workers mind set, however, the mind sets akin to these theories are distinct an opposite in value. Maybe simplicity can clear this fog, with the worker being man; human nature may help to explain this paradox. Every situation or occurrence man views the results through one of two prisms, that being of the positive, the other being that of negative.
