Well, first we have to find them, and then we need a law that will legally process the violators of our land in a way that respects the rights of all people. That's easy enough, and an honest person wouldn't mind cooperating with our Government if they have nothing to hide.
Then again, amnesty is not a real solution to the problem. All found illegal aliens should be sent to an illegal alien concentration camp where each one caught can be examined for evidence that could link that person to a past crime. Yes, there are tens of thousands of unsolved crimes that have been committed by unknown people, and this is one way to solve those crimes.
Next, each illegal alien should pay the transportation cost back to its Country of origin. Failing that and if the illegal alien has an honest job and a suitable residence, that person should pay a fine, apply for a work permit and seek to become a citizen within the time period of said granted permit. Failing that, they should be returned, at the cost of our Government, to their Country of origin.
