I wrote this poem for our large family Thanksgiving Day celebration in November of 2006. It was received with such enthusiasm that I decided to make it available to the public here in this forum. Read it as a prayer to bless the heart of God and may your heart, by so doing, be also blessed as well.

I thank You Lord, for helping my stomach stretch to a super large size.
I thank You Lord, for our family, for uncles and aunts and cousins too.
I thank You Lord, for husbands and wives and teenagers who know far more than any of us adults ever knew.
