If this is your first try at building a computer, there are some things you should know that will make the build easier, and the computer run better once you’ve finished.First, don’t worry about tools. Nothing improves computer speed like extra RAM. There’s less waiting for programs to load, and applications that use really big files run more efficiently, without relying on virtual memory.An all too often overlooked item is the power supply. People usually just go with the 300 or 350 watt supply that comes with a case. But, depending on the system they build, they could be risking a catastrophic system failure. Look at it this way, a top end CPU requires 100 watts all by itself. A 256MB graphics card is another 100 watts. A Crossfire system doubles that.Yes, you can design a power miser, but you have to carefully consider every part. A basic PC can be built that only requires about 200 to 230 watts. It means using a slower CPU, and a modest graphics card.Finally, I advise that you read and save every piece of paper documentation that comes with the parts you buy. There's Only One
As the population increases, we are facing a serious dilemma. If we do not take steps to preserve our planet, none of us will have a place to live. Everyday someone in some location across the world is destroying the planet. Either consciously or unconsciously, all of us are killing the only place we have to live.It has been proven that our planet Earth is the only planet that we know of in our solar system capable of sustaining life. Humans and animals need oxygen and of course water to survive. Slowly but surely we are destroying not only the air we breathe, but also our water supply. Without water and oxygen, all life forms on Earth would perish.We are polluting our water supply and causing our fish to die because humans are putting chemicals, litter, old tires, and garbage in our waterways. Our ozone layer protects us from the heat and radiation given off by our sun. The more factories and vehicles that are on the road, the more we are breaking down our ozone layer. Because of the damage we have already done to the ozone layer, we are already feeling the effects of the damage and are experiencing global warming. The earth’s temperature is increasing and unless we protect our planet, we will continue to destroy it. Unfortunately there’s only one Earth and if we destroy it, then we’ll ultimately destroy ourselves.

Solving problems in relationships requires honesty, integrity and a downright simple understanding of where the answers are not....

The person who is in relationship, fearing loneliness, fearing a repeat of the past is committing a very high form of abuse. They are living in an independence, a bubble of delusion unable to open to truth they apply the laws of relationship and set boundaries like this is what I want and this is what I need. and this is what I don’t need. So they are loving with their mind. Mind love is mind games, substituting ideas for investment, substituting their rules for love. In this relationship the hardness of rock can be compared to it. Like a religious seeker, or a devotee, they cannot love, just repeat their priest or guru, and say this is how it is, this is how it shoud be. It’s like western people wearing a sari and saying “I am indian” a false representation. there cannot be love in this situation, only imprisonment of the spirit.

We need a home. We need a physical and emotional home. Yes, this is really important. Emptiness is the lack of a home. We fear emptiness, because now our mind is not validated as representing our home (knowledge and righteousness) our emotions are found to be delusional they are no longer validated as being our home. Our money can be stolen or our possessions lost, so if these are our home we become fearful that our lover will steal our safety, living always in worry and problems. Our dreams are no home, they are hopes and ambitions and blind recitation of second hand knowledge is really no home because it takes so little to debunk it. Emptiness exists behind all this. Behind the bricks and mortar that you call home, behind the veil of your spiritual or religious practice there is loneliness and emptiness. Here is the love that is possible.

In the last lesson, we learned about Hammer Swingers: If earning money was purely based on physical hard labor, people who swing hammers in factories all day would be some of the leading wage earners in the universe.
