Is The Adsense Bubble Ready To Burst?
You see them everywhere now.Offers of off-the-shelf websites that you purchase, update with your Adsense account details, and upload to your host to start earning from Adsense immediately. Prices are attractive too, some offers working out at less than $1 per site.Sounds good doesn't it? I've even purchased a few of these sites myself. In most cases I've found the quality of the products to be quite good for the small outlay per website. So whats the problem? There's two actually. The first one is simply the law of supply and demand. Its inevitable that as the supply of available web sites wanting to display Adsense advertising increase, the price advertisers are willing to pay for display will decline. This economic principle has been around for centuries and is not likely to disappear any time soon.If all you've got is a 'clone' site, set up just for the sole purpose of earning Adsense dollars,
treat themselves for illness, and therefore never get a chance to be well.

How to Outshine More Qualified Competition with Business Awareness Training
Don’t think you stand a chance of getting that dream job everyone else is going for?Think it’ll probably go to some hugely qualified ubergeek with every qualification under the sun and more experience?Guess again! Here’s a little known fact about why you can beat superior competition to the interview and even the job offer – want to know why?Employers want the most suitable candidate who can do the job they need done their way and contribute most effectively to their bottom line!Being able to do this, that and the other is great but being able to adapt your skills at doing this, that and the other to the specific needs of an organisation and make it that everything you do contributes to a company’s bottom line is infinitely better.Get inside the head of the person recruiting for the role for a moment. They want the right skills, they want some decent experience -- but what is it they’re loo
When there is something wrong, we need to fix it.
Then, if our business is low in profit, we fix it.
If our leg is broken, or our bowel is blocked, we fix it.
If our car gets stolen, we fix that, we ring the police and insurance
    Right?
If we have a back pain, we fix that too, we go to a back doctor.
OR even if our memory is lost, we go to a head doctor.
But sometimes we go to the doctor when there is no problem
Just not happy. And we call this, self help.

Now there are many definitions of “just not happy”. If you go to a person who specializes in ADD, you will have ADD. And if you are not happy, and go to a person who specializes in Depression, no doubt you have depression. And if you go to a seminar that teaches about consciousness, then your unhappiness is caused by unconsciousness. Or if you are unhappy, and go to a seminar on relationships, it’s your relationship that is to blame. And this is why, self help guru’s drive fancy cars. Bu the problem is not caused just by the guru doing “in my theme” diagnosis. You chose the seminar, or the book. Self help, does not necessarily mean self diagnosis.

Beware of any diagnosis. There are millions of experts in “psychology of happiness” who read one Deepak Chopra book, or two, and who will give you advice. Free. Which is what it is usually worth. Maybe you are normal. And the diagnosis just feeds your desire to “brand the problem”. Because usually with a diagnosis comes a solution. At a price. The price is not dollars. The price is time.

To brand a steer at a rodeo, the cowboy, or cowgirl lassoes the steer. Because the steer runs everywhere. It knows it’s going to be captured, and the brand is going to hurt So, it runs. Where does it run? It doesn’t care where it runs. It runs. It runs everywhere where the cowboy or cowgirl is not. The winner of the competition is the cowboy or cowgirl who brands the steer fastest. Because why waste time. Lets get it over with.

Now the steer thinks something is wrong with it. Right? It thinks “oh Shit” I must have food allergy, or hypertension, or mad cow or something, so it goes running around trying to find a solution. But really, there is nothing wrong. In fact if there was something wrong, the steer would be killed and eaten.

So this is the same when I work with people. They are sometimes unhappy. So they read self help books, and go to seminars and get some ideas that something is wrong with them. They learn to walk on hot coals, or break an arrow, or dance to drums. Like the steer, anything is better than the lasso. And even if they read a book they only say that the book was good, if it confirms what they think. So, self diagnosis, and self help is an oxymoron. Just look in a health food shop, many of the people are sick and stay that way because of only one thing, because they think they are sick. They often treat themselves for illness, and therefore never get a chance to be well.

Another way to avoid the lasso, is to become spiritual. That means, for most unhappy people that they can now condemn the cowboy or cowgirl, and not run away. Network Marketing Education Delivers Personal Transformation
When Robert Kiyosaki first published his pro-network marketing book, The Business School, it created multitudes of network marketers lining up in the bookstore to order it.It was a milestone for the network marketers to finally receive such acknowledgment when the industry's real values were recognized by a New York Bestseller Author.A real value? Some may wonder what it means, but those who have a passion for the industry exactly know that the true value of network marketing comes from the education that the distributors experience throughout the course of their business development.During the recent appearance on Jay Leno, Donald Trump commented that if he was to lose everything and had to start all over again, he would choose to do "Network Marketing."In this industry, what motivates me most is the education I receive through my business building process. It is amazing to see the transformation that

Innovation and Culture: Necessity isn't the Mother of Invention - Culture is!
Necessity once was thought to be the mother of invention. Why? Because it makes us want to innovate – or actually, need to innovate. However, most of us are already motivated. As workers in the Age of Ideas, we love to innovate, right? What we need is an environment where innovation comes naturally, where there are no unnatural blocks to our urge to create.Organizationally speaking, our environment is the organization’s culture - an all-pervasive force that shapes our individual expectations, actions, interpretations and responses to events. There are certain mandates in the culture that make it more natural for members of the organization to innovate. Typically, when you see a list of these, it includes things like trust, communication and risk taking. While those are all valid, they’re a little too abstract to be readily used in leading an organization. Instead, here are three simple mandates that can help you create an environm

How to Easily and Inexpensively Add More Value to Your Ebook
One of the most frequently asked questions I get about Internet marketing is whether or not someone should sell their product as a digital product or ebook people can just download or be emailed -- or a physical product that has to be fulfilled and shipped out by regular postal mail.Which one is better? Which one is more profitable? Which one makes for a better business? My answer:Mix it up.For example, I’ve got several different products. Some are digital ebooks and audio files, some are physical. And I have this rule of thumb I've developed after a lot of trial and error where anything under $100 can be digital and anything over is physical. For example, I have one product that was selling digital for $297. I got a lot of sales...but about a 50% (or more) refund rate!Since turning it physical -- putting the main manual in a binder and putting all the audio on a series of physical CD's -- the ref

The Difference between Variable Rate and Fixed Rate Credit Cards
Interest rates are charged to credit card holders based on certain rates. However, due to the changes in the economy and stock market, and sometimes due to changes in the laws that govern credit transactions, these rates change.People usually see cards with rates that quickly change as variable rate credit cards, while those that “do not change” are fixed rate credit cards. But how can you really tell these two apart? We must first understand the nature of rising and falling borrowing rates. The Federal Government Reserve Board increases or decreases the discount rate based on certain pointers in the economy. This discount rate refers to the rate that the Fed Reserve charges a bank whenever it borrows money from the Fed Reserve when it is temporarily short of funds. As expected, especially when the Fed Reserve increases its discount rate, the banks pass this increase to its customers. In the case of credit cards,
treat themselves for illness, and therefore never get a chance to be well.

Another way to avoid the lasso, is to become spiritual. That means, for most unhappy people that they can now condemn the cowboy or cowgirl, and not run away. There should be peace and happiness in the world. So instead of really becoming happy, they try to coat the world in a layer of leather, instead of wearing sandals.

What are the parallels between what I do, and the lasso? Maybe the dentist is the better metaphor. You really never ever want to go to the dentist. Although I did meet one lady who had orgasms in the dentist chair. Most of us, go to the dentist, because we have an ache or need a check up. We tried brushing and using fluoride in the water, and cloves, and so many different pain killers, but in the end, really it’s simple. Go to the dentist.

But in the self help industry, well, is there ever a goodbye? If I think I have a problem (AKA the self help guru) then, I always have that need to fix it. And like the steer I will run around and around, reading books, and listening to people who are not happy, in order to get happy. I might even move to a far off country, run away from the challenges, find a new lover, do anything really. But the last thing we want to change, like the last resort of going to the dentist, is our problem.

Here are a few laws, a few simple laws. If you apply these laws, you might change the cause of your own, and others unhappiness. I hope they are of interest to you. Then, instead of trying to fix and make yourself better (which you can’t) you might start to smile and celebrate the beauty of life, by trekking up to the summit of a hill in Nepal, or kiss a baby instead of trying to fix what isn’t broken.

    • Everybody spends 50% of their life energy, unhappy.
    • All depression is caused by the addiction to happiness
    • Blaming yourself or someone else for unhappiness perpetuates it.
    • Being right, causes pain.
    • For everything you fix, another thing to fix is born
    • There is a beauty in challenge, as long as you see it so.
    • No pleasure on earth will make you happy for long.
    • The purpose of relationship is not happiness
    • Everybody is a mirror of you. Like them or not.
    • To be loved is to be supported and challenged
    • To find happiness through challenge is creativity
    • Creativity is beauty, growth and happiness.
    • To fix a challenge is to birth sadness.
    • Love and stress cannot coexist
    • Stillness is love.
    • Stillness is not static. It is loving kindness in action
    • Humility and immunity are one in the same topic
    • Looking for solutions, causes the problems.
    • If your partner doesn’t challenge you, life will.
    • Death is the symptom of lack of challenge.
    • Peace is another word for dead.

To write this material is a non commercial exercise. Because two things drive the steer around the corral. Hope (for an escape) and fear (of the future). That is the basis of the self help industry. Create hope, eliminate fear. But these laws of nature say, “there will always be support and challenge so don’t hope for a life without some unhappiness, and there will always be another discomfort in the future.

But if we spend our life, with false expectation. Based on some movie, like “What the bleep” or we are running toward some mirage of self peace and spirituality which makes our love conditional on getting supported, then we will end up in a box, surrounded by toys, and people who agree with us, and unhappy. Why not have realistic expectations. The c
