Real Estate Marketing with Feng Shui
One of a Realtor's challenges in listing a house is to persuade the sellers to "stage" it for presentation. Potential buyers are put off by cluttered counters and overflowing toy boxes - not to mention overflowing kitty litter boxes! Ideally, the house should look like no one lives there - or like the owners have full-time maid service. All Realtors recommend getting rid of clutter to create a spacious feeling, keeping the drapes open to fill the rooms with light, and keeping everything clean and neat. But sometimes that doesn't quite do the trick.Sometimes the cleanest, neatest house just doesn't "feel" good. And that's where feng shui comes in.You may or may not believe in the power of color and placement to create good energy flow and bring all you desire into your life. You may not believe that energy flow makes a difference at all.But you'll have to agree that some houses feel like homes, while others only feel like houses. They feel cold and uninviting.By using the principles of feng shui, you can create warmth in a cold house. You can even make old and shabby look inviting. It's all about balance, and blending the colors of nature. With feng shui, every room has some earth tone, some red or purple, some black

Of course you cannot endure in your own strength, you have to repent of all your ill feeling and ask for God’s strength, but the love of God will let you endure all things. Your Guide To Stock Market Success
One of the best roads to wealth is investing in the stock market. I’ve invested in stocks for over twenty years. During that time I’ve made a lot of money and I’ve also lost money as well, but I have learned many valuable lessons along the way. Many people don’t invest in stocks because they consider them too risky. Achieving success of any kind involves risk. Starting your own business or investing in real estate is risky if you don’t know what you’re doing. Most people today take the safe and secure road of putting their money into savings accounts or bonds. If that sounds like you, you’re missing a golden opportunity to have more money tomorrow than you have today. There are no pat rules or formulas to guide you when choosing stocks. Bells won’t ring when you pick the right stock, and you will never be certain that a well-researched pick will pay off. You will have to work hard to find opportunities missed by the masses of people.Still, there is a lot you can do to increase your chances of making a good pick. Before you invest in any stock, you should invest in what you understand, do your homework, and take advantage of the knowledge you have about particular companies or industries. Most of all you need to be patient.
Let us go back to the verse we looked at in part one. If you haven’t read part one be sure to read it before you read this. You can find it under the same heading from the expert author link at the bottom of this article.

    The seventh verse
    1 John 3:10

10 In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest: Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother. What is righteousness? Would it not be doing what is right in the sight of God? Can we really say to God that we have permission to divorce and it is the right thing for us to do before Him, when He clearly states in Malachi 2:16 that He hates divorce? Is doing something God hates, righteousness? John states that a person that does not love his brother is not of God also. Are you of God? Do you love this person you are about to divorce? Let us look at what love is, by using the text book of life. The Amplified Bible has a good rendering.

    The eighth verse is
    1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (Amplified Bible)
4Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. 5It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. 6It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. 7Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. 8Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy ([a]the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].

Considering the verse above can you now answer me this.

Do you love this person that you once married? If you say you do, then this verse says you cannot give up. For verse 7 says Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Of course you cannot endure in your own strength, you have to repent of all your ill feeling and ask for God’s strength, but the love of God will let you endure all things. If you say you don’t love your spouse anymore, then how can you say that you are a child of God?

You see, the scriptures have you in a bind. To obey is really better than sacrifice. Divorce essentially is not the best way simply because you are saying to God that He is not

A Day in the Life of a Self Employed Professional
It’s Monday morning and Connie the Consultant sits in her executive office chair overseeing her business empire. Her desk is strewn with half finished projects, several weeks worth of to do lists (none of them completed), scribbled post it notes, and a permission slip for her daughter’s field trip to the Planetarium that should have been turned in last week. Somewhere, buried deep in the rubble is Connie’s business plan. The last time she saw it was during the Clinton Administration. The phone rings. She checks her caller ID and groans. It’ Dee Dee Demanding calling again, wanting to make one more change in the project that should have been wrapped up a month ago. Connie scribbles Dee Dee’s current list of demands on yet another post it note. She hopes this will be the end of the changes so she can finally get paid for the project. She sure won’t be making a profit on THIS project.Connie picks up the Joann Marden file to find the notes from their last meeting. She looks through the entire folder twice—no notes. She starts to dig through the stacks on her desk muttering, “I had it in my hand, where did I put it, I just saw it, where can it be?”The phone rings again. This time it’s a telemarketer wanting to sell Connie a vacation tri

Tips on How to Profit from eBay Buy It Now Auction Listings
eBay is an online auction site so it stands to reason that most users will tend to auction off their items aiming to get a high price. The problem with auctioning items is that eBay can be a very fickle place, one week an item may sell for hundreds of pounds but the next week the same item may sell for pennies.Your success rate on eBay is affected by the number of people who are willing, and able, to bid large amounts on your items. If the buyers can't, for some reason, bid high amounts on one particular auction, you run the risk of losing money. There is no way of telling when an item will sell for a high amount. If there was, there would be many more very successful eBayers out there. One way you can almost guarantee you will sell an item for a good price is to use a Buy It Now (BIN) listing. In order to use BINs successfully, you have to get the price right. Too high and it will not sell. Too low and it will be bought almost immediately, probably by a competitor who will relist it to try and profit from your mistake. So, how can you use a BIN listing to profit? If you've got a good idea how much the item is worth, list it for that price as a BIN. If you don't know how much it is worth, try searching for it

Can Uranium Make You Rich In The Stock Market
To put it bluntly, the uranium bull market is on the rise. The nuclear fuel cycle is always being closely monitored, especially the price of uranium and uranium mines. It's easy to see how much the mineral's stock has lifted recently, and by taking a look at a few "unconventional" indicators, you'll be able to see that there's plenty of money to be made with uranium stocks. There is a steady stream of "uranium only" websites and blogs popping up around the internet since Cameco Corp announced the Cigar Lake uranium mine flooded. Although this news hasn't exactly found its way into American mainstream media, if you do a little research it won't be hard to see that many international investors are anticipating the uranium stock price to jump from the demand.Canadian institutions are the primary financers of the newest uranium companies. Canada looks heavily at our stock market to determine many financial aspects of her own businesses. As soon as the US uranium stocks jump our neighbor's stocks will too. For all of those international traders out there: another plus for you!Yet there is even something still for the domestic trader. If you look around, more and more financial institutions and fund managers have information on the urani

    Trustees: Who Can You Trust?
Early in my legal career I represented two young women in their early 20s.Their mother had been killed in a car accident when they were infants. An out of court settlement had been reached and a lump sum of cash had been awarded to each of them.Since they were "minors" (too young to have legal capacity to act for themselves) the money was given to their father "in trust" to be held until they reached the age of 18.The reason they had been referred to me was because they had both reached 18 and had asked their father for their money. He had ignored their requests.I was hired to get their money.Easier said then done. Their father hired a lawyer of questionable repute who threw up every roadblock in the book, hoping to make us go away.We eventually learned why. Their money was gone.Their father had spent the girls' money… some on personal living expenses, some on vacations. He even had given some of the money to a friend for a business that had failed.Their father was broke. There was no bond (insurance on a trustee's actions) and no money.I sent the case to the DA's office for criminal prosecution and last I heard there was a plea bargain that included a requirement

If you say you don’t love your spouse anymore, then how can you say that you are a child of God?

You see, the scriptures have you in a bind. To obey is really better than sacrifice. Divorce essentially is not the best way simply because you are saying to God that He is not good enough to heal your marriage and you can’t love like this verse says as a Christian that you can. Divorce is following the ways of men, taking counsel from men and following the ways of the world. Divorce is loving the world and its customs. Yeah it’s the most popular option today among Christians, it’s not what God desires, it’s not a good witness to the world, but divorce is so popular today that even pastors counsel for a couple to go ahead, and then will re-marry a person who divorced.

You know why in the western world in the past thirty years we have come up with no fault divorces instead of only divorce on grounds of proven adultery? It’s because the world as evil as it is wants to be able to be married to their new spouse. And if their former spouse that they left had not committed adultery they could not re-marry. The world has said to God through the changing of the Mosaic Law, we do not accept God or Jesus giving us the rules for divorce, so from this day on we are going to be able to divorce for any reason we like. They call this, “No fault divorce.” Yet the funny thing is, if you ask any person divorcing their spouse under this new scheme of men, you will find they can point to many faults in their former spouse. If you divorce under any grounds other then sexual immorality your divorce is NOT even recognised by God. And this means that the next marriage is not even a marriage but simply adultery.

Now you may be saying.“ All of this is too hard! We live under grace now.” Well yes we live under grace now, and you were given grace so that you could obey God and have the power to obey God. Living under grace is essentially walking in the Spirit and loving your fellow man, and divorcing is not showing grace it is simply giving up and doing things man’s ways. God says quite clearly that following the ways of the world and loving the way the world does things puts you in a dangerous position with Him.

    The ninth verse says:
    James 4:4 (Amplified Bible)

4You [are like] unfaithful wives [having illicit love affairs with the world and breaking your marriage vow to God]! Do you not know that being the world's friend is being God's enemy? So whoever chooses to be a friend of the world takes his stand as an enemy of God. Do you think a no fault divorce is being God’s friend? Do you think following the world’s ways is quite alright with God? The New King James version c
