And we all want to feel better right? It surely seems like we do. If we weren't all spending our money in an attempt to feel better, the alcohol and tobacco industry wouldn't exist.

If you aren't comfortable with running, no worries just walk. The goal is to get your blood flowing. If you want to feel great, go hard enough and/or long enough to break a sweat, but that's not even necessary. As I said, the goal is simply to get the blood flowing.

Give a walk or short run a shot for just a week, and see what happens.
