Network Marketing – The Power of Duplication If you are looking at Network Marketing and/or Multi-level Marketing (MLM), there is no shortage of programs to choose from. Some may be better than others, however, they all have one thing in common; they are all based on the duplication model. The key to huge success with any Network Marketing program is the ability to have the people in your downline produce the same results that you did. Hopefully you produced results to get you to the point of coaching new people as they come in.Where potential millionaires fail, is that they either: 1. Don’t have a system in place to train new people or 2. They fail to communicate the system. I don’t feel that anybody should do the work for the people in their downline. That doesn’t create a powerful organization. It still takes commitment from everyone in the organization to make it work. What I am talking about is knowing what works and having a system in place to communicate that knowledge to new people as they come in to the business. It’s not just about throwing out a bunch of ideas, it’s about having a systematic approach that anyone can follow. Step by step instructions for success. Then, it is the responsibility of the person passing on the information to coach and/or train the person and the responsibility of the person receiving the information to listen, follow instructions and actually do it.Most people join MLMs or Network Marketing companies without having a clue as to what to do next. IF NOT, I NEED A NEW PLAN · SERVING OTHERS = YOUR SPIRITUAL PATH · THE OPPOSITE OF ‘ANGER’ IS ‘PATIENCE’ · PART OF GETTING WHAT YOU WANT IS KNOWING WHAT YOU HAVE TO GIVE UP TO GET IT · FORGETTING YOURSELF (i.e., not monitoring self) = JOY · INTROSPECTION & SELF-CENTEREDNESS = DEPRESSION ==> Resist your impulse to strive and struggle for what you want …don’t strain to achieve. Instead, enjoy the process of the work you are doing. The results will come independent of your striving for them. Prosperity is about process, not outcome …process is about purpose …and purpose is about loving and giving. ==> When you feel you have not done enough, or that you have done the wrong thing, or that you have not tried hard enough, you feel guilty. If you continue to feel this way, you can be causing damage to your immune system. In the long or short run, that damage will do you in. But positive feelings about you If your Wedding Day is in Winter When we find ourselves in the position of being a parent to a child experiencing severe emotional and behavioral problems (e.g., ODD, Conduct Disorder, ADHD, Bipolar), we will either seek strength and guidance from a Higher Power – or we will burnout, get sick and give up. To parent a strong-willed, out-of-control child without assistance from a Power ‘greater than ourselves’ is analogous to rowing up the river without any paddles.Some time ago, a young lady was complaining that the wedding day is near the corner and she has problems in winter with her over-dried skin. Many people, including me, have terrible skin problems during this season. Why? Because the over-dried skin generates more oil to make a balance, and that's the component that clogs the pores. So it isn't a good idea to over-wash or to be too eager to splatter around astringent containing alcohol. My advice is, if you've never used moisturizer, try it now!If you're in the same situation and you decided to do your own make-up for your wedding, then go to a make-up counter on a very bad skin day and choose a foundation presenting a full coverage. The key is to use a foundation that is targeted to cover yuckies, an oil-free foundation that hides everything. So that you can put it on a nice light layer, rather than adding more of a translucent foundation.If the breakouts are mainly on your forehead, then the right hairstyle can cover them. But take care, this is a solution just for one day. Wearing permanent your hair that way, you will encourage the development of breakouts, but just in one single day nothing very important will happened. When you go to make-up counter, do not forget to buy a lipstick to add more color to your cheeks. But take care not to choose a pinky-red one as your blemishes, because a wrong lipstick use can make a blemish look five times worse than it is in reality. I want to share an important spiritual principle with you: What You Think About Expands. Let me help you wrap your brain around this concept. If you believe, for example, that people cannot be trusted and that they are generally self-serving -- you will find a lot of untrustworthy, selfish individuals showing up in your life. If you believe that your family will never experience any joy or peace -- you will find a lot of sadness and discontent arriving at your doorstep, not to mention living day-to-day in a near-constant state of depression and helplessness. If you believe that your son or daughter is destined for a lifetime of failure and misery -- you're right! Conversely, if you believe that people tend to want to live up to your trust and that they CAN be influenced to change unwanted behavior -- then you will attract numerous individuals who are trustworthy and capable of change. If you believe that your family and children are a "work-in-progress" and that the best is yet to come -- then you will have patience with the parenting process and will see a constant, loving source of hope and reassurance for the future. This is not hype I'm referring to here. Rather, this is a natural "law of the universe" ==> What you think about becomes your reality. We don't know why it works this way, but we have much evidence that it DOES work this way. "I have a new sense of hope as well as patience." Now -- I AM going to speak something into existence FOR YOU: You are learning that you tend to take life too seriously. You are discovering that you tend to take things too personally. You are finding that you have been taking on too much responsibility. Right here, right now -- you are slowing down and learning how to have a more relaxed attitude -- in all things.
