Worse off we find that if someone wins too much, there seems to be a natural tendency to change the rules to level the playing field for all the rest.

Of course people should be asking; why are we changing the rules to help the weak who cannot succeed and continue to lose and why would we promote such people and give them the upper hand to win when they obviously do not deserve it?
